Whether it is localized problems such as flat feet, overpronation, feet pain or more complex issues of the knees/hips – orthotics may help. We believe that treating the affected muscles/tendons and exercise rehab is key to resolving problems stemming from the feet. However, structural issues and/or genetic components may not be helped with functional care. Recommendations for orthotics are specific person-to-person and may not benefit all. Be prepared to have your feet thoroughly examined from the way you walk to the way you stand. Every little detail of your movement from the toes all the way up to the hip will be carefully assessed. An explanation of your condition will be able to help us create you the best custom fitting insole whether it will be fitted in to your dress shoes, sneakers, or running shoes.
